  • Job Title: Property Administrator
  • Location: Shoreditch
  • A basic salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
  • WFH on a Friday
  • Life Cover and Healthcare Insurance (after probation)
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 day for every year of service to maximum of 28

What's the job and the best thing about it?

In this role responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Leasing Support to Manager
  • Administration for leasing process
  • Gathering information - EPCs/ lease plans etc.
  • Administration of legal agreements
  • Property Management Admin
  • Supporting property manager - arranging inspections, tenant queries
  • Data collection - leases, compliance, photographs, maps etc.
  • Data Management
  • Using MRI Qube for leases, property data and compliance
  • Management of Microsoft SharePoint
  • General support of the wider office with reporting requirements, office administration, general enquiries.

What makes you the ideal applicant?

  • 2/3 Years Work Experience (ideally professional services or real estate)
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver work accurately
  • Position would suit a candidate that wants a longer-term career in property / work as a property manager
  • Good written communication skills
  • Interest and experience of using technology in a business environment
