Role Overview: As a Property Developer, you will play a pivotal role in presenting and selling properties to potential buyers and investors, both locally and internationally. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with our client's international offices to facilitate seamless purchases for overseas clients, developing new relationships to expand your network, and actively contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales. You will also coordinate and participate in launch events and promotional activities for our client's developments.
- Present properties to potential buyers and investors, including participation in overseas marketing events.
- Collaborate closely with international offices to guide clients from initial interest overseas through to completion of their purchase.
- Proactively cultivate new relationships to expand your network and secure repeat investment.
- Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to boost sales across our client's development sites.
- Coordinate and attend launches and promotional events for our client's diverse range of developments.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Significant experience working for a House Builder or an agent within an international role.
- Strong sales motivation and a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English and Arabic.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by the company.
- Possess a pre-existing database of clients.
