Salary Range: £28,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission

Our client is are a leading property development company with a portfolio that includes large regeneration schemes, award-winning boutique developments, and prime and super-prime properties across London. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Developer who is fluent in Turkish to join our client's team.
Role Overview:
As a Property Developer, you will play a crucial role in presenting our client's properties to potential buyers and investors, both locally and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Participating in overseas marketing events.
- Collaborating closely with our client's international offices to facilitate seamless property purchases.
- Developing and nurturing relationships to expand your network, ensuring repeat investments.
- Assisting the wider team in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales across various sites.
- Coordinating and attending launches and promotional events for our client's developments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Significant experience working for a House Builder or as an agent within an international role.
- Strong sales motivation and a track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by the company.
- A pre-existing database of clients.
