Job Title: Property Manager

Location: South West London

Salary: Up to £30k per annum

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a team in central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a portfolio of residential properties, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties in South West London, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, including health and safety checks, and arrange any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, responding promptly and professionally to all queries and concerns.
  • Ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant legislation, including gas and electrical safety certificates, HMO licenses, and other legal requirements.
  • Manage the rental income and expenditure for each property, including rent collection, service charge payments, and budgeting.
  • Produce monthly and annual reports for landlords, detailing the financial performance of their properties and any maintenance or repair work undertaken.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, ideally within a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering high levels of service.
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation, including health and safety regulations and landlord and tenant law.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
