Job Title: Property Manager
Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £30k per annum
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a team in central London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a portfolio of residential properties, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties in South West London, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular property inspections, including health and safety checks, and arrange any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors, responding promptly and professionally to all queries and concerns.
- Ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant legislation, including gas and electrical safety certificates, HMO licenses, and other legal requirements.
- Manage the rental income and expenditure for each property, including rent collection, service charge payments, and budgeting.
- Produce monthly and annual reports for landlords, detailing the financial performance of their properties and any maintenance or repair work undertaken.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, ideally within a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering high levels of service.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, including health and safety regulations and landlord and tenant law.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
