The Vacancy
They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the Team.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of 140 properties, primarily across West Hampstead.
Ideally you will be available to start in the next two weeks, although my client will wait for the right person.
Your main responsibilities will be to organise repairs and maintenance, arrange check ins and check outs, carrying out inspections, collecting rents and managing the budget.
ARLA training will be provided for the successful applicant.
You must be able to drive and have your own car.
The Package
- Circa £35k plus car allowance and yearly performance bonus
- 9am- 5:30pm Monday - Friday
