Job Title: Property Manager

We are a reputable property management company operating in the competitive PCL market. With a portfolio of 45 managed properties and plans for substantial growth.


Position Available:
We are currently seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing our properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, tenant and landlord relations, and some aspects of lettings administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 45 properties, handling all maintenance issues, compliance requirements, and tenant/landlord management.
  • Work closely with our Lettings department, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct property viewings as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues when needed.
  • Foster a positive and efficient work environment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management.
  • Ideally ARLA qualified.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance issues and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
  • Personable with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a tight-knit team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
