Position Available:
We are currently seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing our properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, tenant and landlord relations, and some aspects of lettings administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 45 properties, handling all maintenance issues, compliance requirements, and tenant/landlord management.
- Work closely with our Lettings department, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct property viewings as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues when needed.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management.
- Ideally ARLA qualified.
- Strong understanding of maintenance issues and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
- Personable with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a tight-knit team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
