Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Salary: £40,000 + 10% Bonus

About:
Our client is family office that has recently exited a tech business to Uber Technologies, securing significant working capital. Their focus is now on expanding their existing portfolio of 20 properties and enhancing their property development team. They are seeking a Property Manager to join this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of 20 properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee the financial performance of the property portfolio. Ensure rent collection and manage financial reporting.
- Property Development: Collaborate with the property development team on new projects, including renovations and expansions. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise property value and return on investment.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all properties comply with local laws, regulations, and safety standards. Manage inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee contracts and work with external vendors and contractors. Negotiate service agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for property acquisition and development. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
