Job Role: 2x Property Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28k to 32k, plus commission
Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity? Look no further! Our client, an independent, vibrant estate agent based in Brighton is on the hunt for two dynamic individuals to join their team.
Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing their portfolio of properties with enthusiasm and expertise. Your role will involve conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance, obtaining quotes for landlords, and overseeing property improvement projects. Additionally, you'll engage with landlords, meet contractors, and ensure the smooth transition of tenants.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management
- Experience with Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) is highly desirable
- Valid driver's license is essential
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with one Saturday in every six (10 am to 4 pm)
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 base with commission
