Property Manager

The Company: One of London's premier estate agency and property services groups offers a comprehensive range of services, including block management, commercial, residential, and financial services. They are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their Residential Lettings Team.

This role offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to spend 3 days in the Head Office in South West London and 2 days working from home. Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages a portfolio of properties across one or two branches.
  • Collaborates with branches to prepare properties for new tenancies.
  • Supervises and addresses tenant maintenance requests promptly.
  • Ensures properties comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Conducts property visits at least twice a year.
  • Oversees refurbishments and other major works as needed.
  • Negotiates deposit returns efficiently.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Cultivates trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Package:

  • Salary: £35k - £40k.
