Job Title: Property Negotiator

Location: West London

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in property

Role Overview: As a Property Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales and rentals, providing outstanding service to clients. Your expertise in the local property market, strong negotiation skills, and ability to build rapport will be instrumental in achieving successful outcomes for both buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospecting and generating leads for property sales and rentals.
  • Conducting property valuations and market appraisals.
  • Listing properties on various online platforms and promoting them effectively.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, providing detailed information to potential buyers/tenants.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation and contracts are accurately prepared and executed.
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local regulations.
  • Collaborating with the sales and lettings team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Negotiator in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of the West London property market.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with property management software.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
