Job Title: Property Sales Negotiator

Location: Central London

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented and experienced Property Sales Negotiator to join a great team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating and managing leads to secure new business
• Conducting viewings of properties and providing potential buyers with property details
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
• Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion
• Preparing and submitting offers, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
• Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry developments
• Achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in property sales, preferably in Central London
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Proven track record in generating and securing new business
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
