Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market appraisals and valuations to bring a diverse range of properties to market.
- Skillfully managing client relationships, including those of colleagues, ensuring timely updates and delivering exceptional service.
- Expertly negotiating offers through to the point of sale and exchange.
- Actively registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, financial and legal services leads, as well as facilitating viewings.
- Continuously striving to enhance our client's market share and identifying growth opportunities for the business.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- Proven success in academic, professional, or personal achievements.
- A genuine desire for personal growth.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £30,000 to £40,000.
- OTE (On Target Earnings): £60,000 to £80,000.

- Work-life balance: 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays, depending on the rota.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Ideal for individuals with a background as a Property Lister, Senior Negotiator, or Assistant Property Manager.
