Our client, a leading property management company in Central London, is seeking a dedicated Property/Maintenance Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with the potential for a permanent position.

Position: Property/Maintenance Manager Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance activities for a diverse portfolio of rental apartments in Central London.
  • Promptly log and address maintenance issues reported by tenants, ensuring a swift resolution.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance work.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on the status of maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Administrator role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of property management and maintenance best practices.

Contract Type: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract with potential for permanent position.
