My client are a leading property company who's core focus is providing inventories, check in's and check outs to high end clients. Due to business growth they are looking to expand their team and are currently hiring for a Quality Control Coordinator.
The role of a Quality Control Coordinator will include:
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Analysing reports
- Issuing daily inspections
- Identifying and eliminating errors from the Property Inspectors
- Escalating customer issues
- Obtaining feedback from customers to ensure customer satisfaction
About you:
- Ideally property experience
- High attention to detail
- Experienced admin skills
- Excellent grammar and spelling
