Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Property Manager to join a team at a high-end real estate company. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and that tenants are satisfied with their living experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety standards.
• Manage tenant relations, including responding to complaints, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, and ensuring all tenant requirements are met.
• Monitor rental rates and recommend adjustments as needed to remain competitive in the market.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work, ensuring quality work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, including tracking of expenses and income, and preparing annual budgets.
• Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably with high-end properties.
• Knowledge of property management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
