My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join their team. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for various development projects, including high-risk schemes, regeneration initiatives, and joint ventures. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver effective campaigns within budget and achieve key metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for development projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  2. Collaborate with regional Sales and Marketing Director to implement strategic approaches that generate high-quality leads.
  3. Manage the creation and delivery of marketing collateral and sales tools, including show homes, webinars, and interactive systems.
  4. Oversee creative agencies, photographers, and printers to produce high-quality event collateral and advertising materials.
  5. Analyze campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and optimize strategies to enhance ROI.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and adherence to brand guidelines.

About You:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualifications/experience.
  • 4 years + experience working in the UK real estate market for a new homes developer.
  • Previous experience in marketing and campaign management in a B2C sales environment, achieving targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to segment target markets effectively.
  • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and creating compelling marketing materials.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of delivering results under pressure.
