The resident host is a crucial role to the overall customer experience within the business. You will be the first face residents meet.
Some key duties include:
- Meet & Greet
- Move-ins arrangements & Inventories
- R2R Checks
- Site Inductions
- Building Walks
- Taking Complaints
- Parcel Management
- Key Management
- General Inquiries
- Amenity Bookings
- Building Communications
- Resident Events
- Helpdesk (not maintenance)
- Car park management
Working pattern 5 over 7 (Monday - Saturday) between 8am and 8pm.
