Look no further! An opportunity for a Resident Manager to join our client's dynamic team at one of their exceptional build-to-rent communities has arrived!
This role works 40 hour work weeks, Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday every month.
About the development
This development consist of over 2,400 beautifully designed residential apartments spread over 4 blocks with high quality amenities for residents to use.

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Resident Manager to deliver an excellent resident living experience that is positive and effortless.
The Resident host will provide world class customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless operation. The role is based full time on-site, reporting to the Neighbourhood manager.
About you
Customer service is central to this role; you will need to enjoy working with people and be passionate about the opportunity to deliver experience.
Experience in a customer facing role within the property sector, knowledge of property management and the lettings process is beneficial.
