At deverellsmith, we are thrilled to be partnering with an industry leader in the Build to Rent Sector, to find a passionate and driven Resident Services Advisor for their brilliant Sheffield location. This role isn't just about managing properties; it's about creating an exceptional living experience for over 450 residents while being the driving force behind the success of the site.

Your Role: As a Resident Services Advisor, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the site. From leasing apartments to maintaining tenant satisfaction, your role will be multifaceted and exciting. You will be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective residents, handling leasing discussions, conducting viewings, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your ultimate goal? To deliver nothing short of an outstanding experience that keeps residents happy and engaged.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience, particularly within a lettings environment, is highly desirable. Above all, we want someone with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity. Key Responsibilities & Objectives: Your responsibilities will include achieving full occupancy as a team through proactive leasing efforts, conducting engaging viewings, and managing the tenancy process seamlessly. Additionally, you'll be tasked with delivering a top-notch experience for all residents, from addressing inquiries and complaints promptly to coordinating maintenance requests and organising community events.
