Job Title: Residential Lettings & Services Manager

Location: Elephant and Castle

Hours: Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (flexible hours considered)

Salary: £40,000 + potential 20% bonus based on KPIs

I working with a very well known real estate company who can help managing the vibrant and diverse residential community. As the Residential Lettings & Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier leasing services and exceptional customer care to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ten-year strategic journey, ensuring that every resident enjoys a comfortable and fulfilling living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct lettings via portals and managing third-party agents
  • Progressing new tenancies, conducting referencing and right-to-rent checks
  • Organizing and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and finalizing leases
  • Maintaining property presentation and conducting pre/post-move inspections
  • Cultivating community engagement through events and communication channels
  • Forging partnerships with service providers and local businesses for resident benefits
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance and coordinating asset performance reports

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in residential letting procedures and IT tools
  • Social media savvy and community engagement experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong financial management and communication skills
