Job Title: Residential Site Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Site Manager to join their team based in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of luxury residential projects across various locations in London.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, health and safety standards, and building regulations
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects
• Oversee and manage site budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to ensure project success
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering luxury residential projects to a high standard
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety, and construction processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks
