Job Title: Residential Site Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in residential site management and will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new build developments across London.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction process of new build developments from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and ensure that they are delivering to the required standards
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on site
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in residential site management
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A sound understanding of health and safety regulations and legislation
- A good understanding of building regulations and planning regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full driving license
Salary: The salary for this position is between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
