Residential Site Manager

Job Title: Residential Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in residential site management and will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new build developments across London.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction process of new build developments from start to finish
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Coordinate and manage sub-contractors and ensure that they are delivering to the required standards
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on site
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in residential site management
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A sound understanding of health and safety regulations and legislation
• A good understanding of building regulations and planning regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full driving license

Salary: The salary for this position is between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
