Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Earlsfield

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-6pm

Salary: £25k-£30k per annum plus £300 quarterly bonus

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Administrator to join a team in two offices in Earlsfield. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months property experience and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, helping to coordinate sales activities and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Preparing and processing sales contracts and paperwork, liaising with clients and solicitors
  • Maintaining and updating property listings on various platforms
  • Arranging property viewings and conducting follow-ups with potential buyers/tenants
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing customer service and addressing client queries
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional activities, such as creating property flyers and social media posts
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.


  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
