Join Our Client's Team as a Sales & Marketing Administrator in Richmond, London!
Are you an organised and creative individual with a passion for sales and marketing? Our client, a prime, super luxury developer specialising in sales and lettings, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Administrator to contribute to their prestigious team based in Richmond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake general administrative duties across Marketing, Sales, and Operations, including travel bookings, itineraries, office admin, and pre-arrival concierge services.
- Design, edit, and create captivating marketing collateral using InDesign, such as business cards, rate cards, brochures, and invitations.
- Monitor and research international property markets, creating schedules for rental and sales portfolio comparisons.
- Coordinate property viewings and meetings, ensuring seamless set-up and closure.
- Welcome clients and visitors for viewings and meetings, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Assist in planning and organising events, from liaising with suppliers to on-site event presence.
- Manage guest/client liaison, creating and updating property listings.
- Respond to listings and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle office phone calls, order supplies, and contribute to property lettings.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in InDesign for marketing collateral creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role within real estate or luxury property development.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
