Job role: Sales Consultant
Our client, an independent, fresh and dynamic estate agent in Brighton are seeking a Sales Consultant to join their Sales Team and work alongside their Sales Manager. They are looking for someone who is driven and passionate about sales and wants to work for a great brand.
Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the sales process, conducting valuations, securing instructions, and arranging viewings. You will work closely with their Sales Manager to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. They outsource conveyancing and won't burden you with sales progression, allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing deals!
Requirements:
- Proactive and confident approach to sales
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including ad-hoc weekends and occasional early finishes
- Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 base, plus commission
