The Role:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis, delivering monthly reports on risks and opportunities.
- Produce site acquisition reports, recommending plot-by-plot pricing and GDV for new schemes.
- Coordinate pricing activities, ensuring competitiveness and maximising property values.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Managers to influence strategies and support pre-launch activities.
- Contribute to consumer intelligence strategy, providing insights for Sales, Marketing, and product development.
- Collect and analyse residential market data, presenting findings to inform decision-making processes.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects to support business objectives.
The Person:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential market research and analysis.
- Proven track record in a target-driven environment, meeting KPIs.
- Strong ability to analyse large volumes of data and present findings professionally.
- Degree in Economics, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
