Job Title: Sales Negotiator

In order to be considered you will need a minimum of 6 months Sales Negotiator experience and ideally an understanding of the local area.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach potential buyers
- Conduct viewings and provide detailed information about properties to interested buyers
- Negotiate offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Keep up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
