Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Swindon
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 base with commission, OTE of £65,000
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 17:30
- One Saturday per month: 09:00 - 13:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Provide expert advice on products and services to meet client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven approach.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
