Are you a sales negotiator in North West London looking for a new adventure?

My client is an independent agency with a strong focus on it's people. If you would like to work for a fun, non pressurised firm who in return would like a good attitude and hard work this may be the company for you.

The role

Within the role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of buyers; this includes generating and conducting viewings and obtaining offers on properties. You will be responsible for maintaining and recording data and handing all enquiries.

The focus is to maintain the reputation of the company, to build brand awareness by networking and engaging professionally with all prospective buyers and clients. There will be lots of crossover across the business so there will be a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication with colleagues.

The candidate

To be considered for the role you should be a confident individual who has a solid background within Estate Agency. It's key you are driven and enthusiastic, with a natural ability to build relationships with buyers and clients.

Some knowledge of the Hendon property market would be advantageous.

Must have own car (car allowance provided)

Salary & Benefits

  • £40k OTE - comprising of £20k basic salary and attractive tiered commission structure

Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus day off for your birthday, and the office is closed between Christmas and New Year.

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 9am to 6.30pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, every Saturday 10am to 2pm with one half day off during the week.
