Role Overview: Seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Progressor to join our Sales team in London. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth transition of property sales transactions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from reservation through to completion. You will liaise closely with our Sales, Legal, and Customer Service teams to proactively manage the sales process, resolve any issues, and provide timely updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, solicitors, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process, offering professional and proactive support.
  • Manage and monitor the progress of property sales transactions from reservation to completion, ensuring all parties are kept informed of key milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other third-party professionals to facilitate the exchange of contracts and completion of sales in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address any queries, provide updates on the status of their purchase, and offer assistance as required.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in our CRM system, including client information, sales documentation, and communication logs.
  • Identify and escalate any issues or potential risks that may impact the progress of sales transactions, working collaboratively with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving issues and exceeding client expectations.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales progress reports and analysis for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a sales progressor role within the property sector is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales transactions is essential.
