As a Senior member of the commercial agency team, your main responsibility will be to negotiate the sale and leasing of commercial properties to meet agreed performance targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial sales agent looking to develop their skills across all manner of commercial developments within Greater London, as you will have the opportunity to be involved in some highly regarded projects.
Does this sound like you?
- 4 + years of experience working in Commercial Real Estate
- A strong understanding of the commercial property sector, including the Central London market, key legislation influencing the industry and marketing and sales strategies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals
- Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed and continually develop skills and expertise
- Considerate and trustworthy manner, with the ability to communicate effectively and build long standing relationships with colleagues and clients alike
