This independent brand is looking to expand even further within their Marylebone office and want to bring in someone with the desire to become the best! They have put an impitus on having a strong brand presence with innovative marketing that stands them out from the rest.
Responsibilities of a this position include:
- Daily management of potential tenants
- Regular communication with landlords regarding the property market
- Generate and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Business development
- Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties
What you'll need:
- 1+ years Lettings negotiator experience
- Proven track record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Package:
- £25,000 Basic salary
- Advanced commission for 3 months
- £70,000 OTE
- 25 days holidays + Bank holidays
- Saturdays by appointment only (Only contracted Monday-Friday)
