Working Hours and Benefits:
Mon - Fri plus ONE in three Saturdays!!
Basic salary £25,000 dependant on exp
Commission with OTE of £68,000
Progressive commission structure
Competitive holiday allowance
The ideal Lettings Negotiator:
2+ years Lettings experience ideally within in Central London
Proven track record of success and exceeding targets
Driven and passionate to excel both individually and within the team
Great customer service and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve
Exceptional organisation skills and complex diary management
Full UK driver's license
The role of a Lettings Negotiator:
Arranging viewings on the portfolio and conducting them in a professional timely manor
Gathering feedback on the listings and reporting back to Landlords
Registering new applicants and providing excellent customer service
Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords
Booking viewings and valuation appointments
Supporting the company's growth plans and junior team members
Generating new business digitally and physically with the help from the wider team and manager.
