Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Mon - Fri plus ONE in three Saturdays!!

  • Basic salary £25,000 dependant on exp

  • Commission with OTE of £68,000

  • Travel allowance

  • Progressive commission structure

  • Competitive holiday allowance

The ideal Lettings Negotiator:

  • 2+ years Lettings experience ideally within in Central London

  • Proven track record of success and exceeding targets

  • Driven and passionate to excel both individually and within the team

  • Great customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to problem-solve

  • Exceptional organisation skills and complex diary management

  • Full UK driver's license

The role of a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Arranging viewings on the portfolio and conducting them in a professional timely manor

  • Gathering feedback on the listings and reporting back to Landlords

  • Registering new applicants and providing excellent customer service

  • Negotiating offers between tenants and landlords

  • Booking viewings and valuation appointments

  • Supporting the company's growth plans and junior team members

  • Generating new business digitally and physically with the help from the wider team and manager.
