A Senior Lettings Negotiator is sought for this highly successful, fast growing Estate & Lettings Agency for their Central London office.

This is a chance to join a thriving company with a dynamic modern approach, that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be dealing with HNW clients and the most desirable high-end properties across Prime Central London. In this role you will be personally responsible for managing marketing enquiries and letting properties to achieve excellent results in line with our key performance indicators.

The skills required for this Senior Letting Negotiator role will include:

* Previous residential lettings experience - minimum of one year

* Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills

* High level of customer service skills

* Great telephone manner and positive attitude

* Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated

* Knowledge of London and surrounding area helpful

* Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
