Senior Lettings Negotiator, Ealing

The company

You will be working for a long established and recognisable Estate Agency brand who with their large network of offices provide a strong market presence. The team is experienced and well respected as one of the market leaders and there is so much potential to grow the revenue and increase market share.

The role

  • Register and qualify applicants and carry out accompanied viewings
  • Book and conduct market appraisals across W5 (if conducting valuations)
  • Regularly keep up to date with market trends and ensure you are familiar with local market conditions
  • Build strong rapports with landlords - you will be tasked with increasing your presence with new and existing business
  • Involved in ongoing negotiation to progress tenancy, regularly liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Work collaboratively with the team to strategies missed opportunities
  • Keeping up to date with compliance and office administration

Who are you and what you need

  • You must be an experienced lettings negotiator
  • Ability to conduct market appraisals is preferred (not essential)
  • You must be friendly, approachable and driven
  • Happy to work collaboratively within office environment

Rewards and Hours

  • £25k basic salary (ARLA)
  • £22.5 basic salary (without ARLA)
  • £3600 car allowance
  • OTE £50k plus (uncapped commission)
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
  • Saturdays - 1 in 3
