Lettings Negotiator, Notting Hill

About you
You should be an experienced lettings negotiator looking for your next challenge. If you are keen to move away from the corporate world and work freely for an independent agency where you can grow and have greater exposure to the prime rental markets across the Kensington & Chelsea Borough this could be an ideal move.
The Role
Working closely with and supporting the Lettings Director to maintain existing business and collectively build a stronger presence in the area. You will be targeted and expected to register and screen all applicants, conduct viewings, liaise with landlords/agents and negotiate offers through to ensure a smooth tenancy.

- OTE £50k-£65k
