  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing developments, ensuring that they are aligned with project goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage digital marketing strategy across email and social media channels - creating engaging and influential content.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including development and sales teams, to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our target audiences.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver marketing collateral, including brochures, digital assets, and advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and execute events, from launch events to community engagement initiatives, that help to raise the profile of our developments and engage with local communities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity, and use insights to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Report to the Director of Sales, Marketing & Insight.

You will need:


  • Experience within real estate, ideally working for a house-builder or new homes developer
  • Strong PR & communication skills
  • Excellent multi-channel social media content creation and campaign planning skills
  • Proficiency in software such as InDesign, Canva, etc. is essential


  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Highly organised with a positive "can do" attitude
