Seize this opportunity to become an integral member of a team that is not only shaping the future of property management but also leaving a lasting impact on the industry.

  • Regularly evaluating the performance of Accounts Managers, overseeing the timely completion of clients' year-end service charge accounts within a six-month period. This involves generating a monthly report for the Department Director's review.
  • Reviewing and approving all audit files for year-end, ensuring proper documentation format and maintaining a high standard.
  • Scrutinizing team-generated client service charge accounts before submission to accountants/Auditors, confirming adherence to correct format, compliance with ARMA-Q guidelines, and inclusion of all relevant ARMA-Q notes on bank accounts and managing agent income.
  • Monitoring team Accounts Managers to guarantee filing of client Limited Company accounts with Company House within a 9-month period.
  • Supervising team Account Managers to ensure timely completion and filing of all client annual trust tax returns and corporation tax returns within a 12-month period.
  • Handling and resolving escalations of problems, complaints, and issues from the division, client, or lessees.
  • Providing leadership and motivation to all accounts staff.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process for all Account Staff.
  • Collaborating with the Department Director in creating new build budgets and subsequently preparing accommodation unit and percentage schedules.
  • Keeping abreast of any changes to accounting legislation through ARMA notifications or information from our team of service charge accountants.
  • Undertaking the responsibilities of a Client Account Manager for the assigned portfolio of clients.
