As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading property management, mobilisation, and launch of new build assets. You'll liaise with developers and clients on a pipeline of new developments, producing and following a mobilisation schedule. You will oversee and monitor lettings functions carried out by on-site and head office teams, while ensuring accurate client reports are prepared to correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for improving processes and service through innovation, technology, and training. You'll review cash flow regularly and ensure tenant arrears are proactively managed, and expenditure approval and monitoring of spend v budget. You will also ensure that each property remains insured at all times and oversee health and safety compliance of blocks and meeting all appointed targets.

But that's not all! As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you'll also provide practical management advice and assistance to on-site General Managers, Resident Services Managers, and internal team members. You'll liaise with residents as and when required and be a point of escalation for Resident Services Managers on complex issues.

People leadership is key and you will have the opportunity to set clear objectives in line with company/client/team strategy and to measure performance against these. You'll conduct regular 121's, team meetings and complete thorough probationary, interim and annual appraisals as per company guidelines. You'll support team members in career development via training, coaching, mentoring, and then promotion.

You'll possess vision and be able to develop complex strategies and solutions, while being an excellent relationship builder to generate business.
