Role: Senior Resident Service Manager - Build to Rent (BTR)

Location: Brighton

Working Hours - 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required - time in lieu)

Salary: £45,000 + (Up to 20% discretionary bonus)

An exciting opportunity has come up with with a very well known real state company. They are currently looking for a Senior Resident Service Manager to join their build to rent team. Have BTR or PBSA experience keep reading!

They seeking an experienced Resident Service Manager to lead the on site lettings and property management team for a premier 229-unit building in Brighton. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and a market-leading resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide induction training and ongoing mentorship for the team.
  • Lead performance management processes and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Offer local market insights and collaborate on leasing strategies.
  • Assist in the tenancy journey and conduct regular market appraisals.
  • Manage purchasing levels, control costs, and ensure invoicing accuracy.
  • Lead on bad debt cases and explore additional income streams.
  • Conduct weekly building checks and maintain contractor relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on PPM contracts and legal matters.
  • Foster community through effective communication and social media activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for complex resident complaints.
