Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a leading London developer on their flagship development in Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with buyers
  • Qualifying and negotiating offers to purchase
  • Conducting property viewings and presenting properties to potential buyers
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business
  • Providing support and guidance to junior sales negotiators

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in the New Homes market is preferred

The Role:

  • Up to £38k basic + commission
  • Extensive training and career development opportunities.
  • 10am - 5pm working hours
  • 2 weekends off per month
