Job description

deverellsmith are working with a leading FTSE 100 company to find the newest member of their sales team for their brand new launch of their flagship development in Central London!

The Company:

This is a luxury developer on a continued growth plan across the UK and internationally. They have a strong brand reputation and are continuing to buy and develop in Central London with a focus on high value and high price point sites for those that are interested in selling PCL stock. This business are renowned for their training and development and great career progression opportunities.

The Role;

  • They are seeking a sales person to sell their desirable development in Central London
  • You will work indepedntly and will guide buyers through the sales process
  • Benefits include; 25 days + bank holidays, health insurance, dental health plan, pension plan, access to corporate discounts including gyms and high street brands.
  • Up to £35k basic (OTE £55k)

The Person:

  • You will have experience selling New Build property and you will be able to deal with HNWI's
  • You will be able to confidently guide a buy through an off-plan sales process
  • You will be driven and operate at the top of your field
  • You must be open to working every weekend, with Tuesday and Wednesday off
  • You will be driven to earn money and create a long term career
