** SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR ROLE AVAILABLE **

Looking for more autonomy in your next agency role?

This is your perfect opportunity, we are looking for an experienced sales negotiator to be the new forefront of a leading independent brand within Surrey Quays. With an experienced managing director running the valuations and listings you will be the sole negotiator in this office.

The company pride themselves with excellent service levels and where recently accredited "Exceptional" by the best estate agent guide. This is an comes with tailored training and development programmes at all levels, including a paid for NAEA property mark. With this role you will have the resources and opportunity to quickly progress your career further within the property sector.

Working Hours and Benefits:

This award winning company are all for rewarding staff and offer a competitive package with. Staff will be expected to work one in two weekends with the split being a 5 day week and a 6 day week. For the successful individual, basic salary starts from £25,000 - £30,000 plus commissions with OTE's of £55,000! Further benefits include a pool car/car allowance and a 4 month guarantee period!

The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator:

- Valid UK Driving license

- Proven track record of successful billings

- Great communication skills

- Comfortable with speaking and meeting new people every day

- High attention to detail

- Committed to working on the weekend

- Diary management
