This is an opportunity to work for an independent agent that is growing even further. While already having ample growth over the last couple of years, this company are looking to bring in another driven and hungry Sales Negotiator to progress even more. This brands core market is within the millions and cover flourishing markets ranging from West Hampstead, St John's Wood, Maida Vale, Muswell Hill, Primrose Hill and Marylebone.
Responsibilities of a this position include:
- Daily management of buyers
- Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
- Business development
- Generate and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Sales progression
- Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties
What you'll need:
- 1+ years Sales negotiator experience
- Proven track record
- Valuation experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Package:
- £25,000 Basic salary
- Advanced commission for 3 months
- £70,000 OTE
- 25 days holidays + Bank holidays
- Saturdays by appointment only (Only contracted Monday-Friday)
