About you
The successful candidate should have a natural thirst for sales, a determination and hunger to sell properties and effortlessly network to build strong relationships with clients and buyers alike.
- You must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience as a sales negotiator and have a natural ability to build strong relationships
- Ambition, hard working and determined are few attributes required along with a sparkling attitude
- You must exercise a good team spirit within an office environment
- You should be driven, motivated and excited by property and meeting people
- You must hold a full driving license
About the role
- Register and maintain regular contact with applicants, building lasting relationships within the local area.
- Ensure a methodical daily task structure is implemented to maximise productivity.
- Support and work closely with Sales Manager
- Accompany all viewings with buyers providing an excellent customer experience.
- Build on existing negotiation skills and focus on tailoring this to individual applicants/clients.
- Maximise opportunities to increase revenue.
- Use CRM system to input data and use accordingly on daily basis.
