Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £25k-30k basic, £40k-50k OTE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a key member of their sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and providing exceptional customer service to their clients. Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings and valuations
- Managing client relationships and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers and closing sales transactions
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Requirements:
- Proven track record in property sales, preferably in the Oxfordshire area
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Salary and Benefits:
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure with OTE of £40,000 - £50,000
