Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Paddington
Opportunity to work for an independent agent within an office that epitomize 'work hard, play hard'. This business have a track record of success and are now looking to build on that success by growing the team!
To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1 year Sales negotiator experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with luxury properties across West and Central London
- Proactively identify and approach potential buyers to generate leads and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct viewings and provide detailed information about properties to interested parties
- Negotiate offers and terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcome for vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Keep up to date of market trends, other agents activities, and industry developments
Basic: £25,000
Guarantee: £35,000 pro-rated for 3 months
OTE: £55,000 - £60,000
The commission structure will be bespoke but worked around maximising earning potential through different avenues within the business.
