Senior Sales Negotiator - Bow
BASIC SALARY + CAR ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION
Looking to join an award winning independent agency?
The opportunity on offer is to join the brands flagship office which already produces north of £1.2 Million a year in billings across sales and lettings. Due to exponential growth this brand are looking to a Senior Sales Negotiator to this already high performing office. You will familiarise yourself with an already existing database, build relationships and generate new business. This could be via valuation leads, viewings, negotiating offers and canvassing.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name. Your office makes up one of 4 within the brands name.
Working for an independent brand gives you the time to develop your skills, with help from peers within the business.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £27,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £60,000. Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working every Saturday with a day off in the week.
The ideal candidate:
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE
- Excellent use of verbal communication
- Track record of consistent billings
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
- Full Drivers License
- Committed to working the weekends
