Job Title: Senior Surveyor
Team: Surveying - Retail - London
Reporting: Reports to Client Director (Surveying)
Role Summary:
Manage retail sites within designated regions, overseeing assigned properties and parks with full ownership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain strong client/tenant relationships
- Implement reporting and control measures
- Offer responsive problem-solving
- Manage and develop team members and service providers
- Uphold company values and behaviours
Skills, Knowledge, and Values:
- Technical skills in building consultancy and property management
- Ability to draft management reports and conduct property inspections
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law and value enhancement opportunities
- Familiarity with compliance standards and statutory requirements
- Experience in supplier management and financial oversight
- Proficient in lease interpretation and occupier compliance
- Leadership aligned with company values and behaviours
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- MRICS certification desirable
Salary: Commensurate with experience
