Job Title: Senior Surveyor

Team: Surveying - Retail - London

Reporting: Reports to Client Director (Surveying)

Role Summary:
Manage retail sites within designated regions, overseeing assigned properties and parks with full ownership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintain strong client/tenant relationships
  • Implement reporting and control measures
  • Offer responsive problem-solving
  • Manage and develop team members and service providers
  • Uphold company values and behaviours

Skills, Knowledge, and Values:

  • Technical skills in building consultancy and property management
  • Ability to draft management reports and conduct property inspections
  • Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law and value enhancement opportunities
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and statutory requirements
  • Experience in supplier management and financial oversight
  • Proficient in lease interpretation and occupier compliance
  • Leadership aligned with company values and behaviours

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role required
  • MRICS certification desirable

Salary: Commensurate with experience
