Shared Ownership Sales Consultant's Main responsibilities:
- The point of contact for all clients
- Liaise with individual's across departments
- Demonstrate a great deal of product knowledge
- Confident in speaking to multiple people by both email and telephone
- Able to complete the administrative duties that come with the sales process
- Build relationships with Clientele
- Manage and check all documents required to ensure consumer code compliance
- Handle sales progression, chasing legal procedures
